3. For the up-suction installation, if the suction piping of the pump is not equipped with a siphon barrel, a bottom valve must be installed. The total length of the pipe should not exceed 6 meters and there should be no more than 1 elbow of 90 degrees. , The tightness of the pipeline must be ensured, and there can be no air leakage, otherwise it will affect the normal operation of the pump.
4. The outlet pipeline of the water pump must be equipped with a check valve and a shut-off valve. If conditions permit, install a pressure gauge or flow meter with corresponding pressure inside the valve to control the flow and pressure of the water pump. The valve must not be fully opened for large flow. Running for a long time, otherwise it will cause the motor to heat up and even burn.
5. The water pump motor must be equipped with qualified electrical starting and protection devices to ensure the normal operation of the water pump.
6. Add a proper amount of lubricating grease to the bearing box of the water pump. Note that the oil level is appropriate to 1/3 of the side oil sight glass, and must not exceed 1/2 of the oil sight glass.
7. Due to the unique power combination sealing method of the Desulfurization Pump, cooling water must be connected to cool the shaft sleeve and oil seal to extend the service life of the sealing device (the pressure of the cooling water should not be too large, and it is better to flow out naturally).
Desulfurization Pump
1. Fill the pump cavity and inlet pipe with liquid first, and close the outlet valve.
2. Open the mechanical seal cooling water.
3. Check whether the rotation of the motor is correct.
4. Turn on the power and start the water pump.
5. Slowly open the outlet valve, and at the same time, adjust the valve by observing the pressure gauge or flow meter and control the valve stem at a certain position to ensure that the pump runs within the normal parameter range (if the pressure gauge and flow meter are not installed, the motor can be measured The current value to control the running state of the pump).
6. During the operation of the pump, you must always pay attention to the height of the liquid level of the suction pool, and must not run without liquid, otherwise it will cause irreparable damage to the pump.
7. Please close the outlet valve before stopping the pump, and drain the liquid in the pump cavity in winter to prevent freezing and cracking.
1. The state of the water pump must be checked every 500 hours of operation, check the concentric state of the coupling, and add an appropriate amount of lubricating grease.
2. The water pump must be routinely maintained and maintained every 1500-2000 hours of operation, and the operating status of the wearing parts such as bearings and mechanical seals must be checked. If worn, they must be replaced in time.
3.
