Slurry pump can not start
First of all, the power supply should be checked: whether the connector is firmly connected; whether the switch contact is tight; whether the fuse is blown; whether the three-phase power supply is lacking or not. If there is a broken circuit, poor contact, blown fuse, lack of phase, the cause should be identified and timely repair. Next, check whether the pump is its own mechanical failure, common causes are: packing too tight or impeller and pump body between the debris stuck and blocked; pump shaft, bearing, leakage reduction ring rust; pump shaft is seriously bent, etc.. Removal methods: relax the packing, unclog the water channel; dismantle the pump body to remove debris and rust; remove the pump shaft for correction or replace the pump shaft with a new one.

Insufficient flow of slurry pump
If the impeller or the inlet and outlet pipeline is blocked, can take cleaning impeller or pipeline. If the impeller is seriously worn, it should be replaced. If the packing port is leaking, the packing should be compressed.
Slurry Pump power speed mismatch or belt slippage, so that the speed is low; axial flow pump vane installation angle is too small; head is not enough, pipeline is too long or pipeline has right angle bend; suction range is high; bottom valve, pipeline and impeller local blockage or impeller defective; discharge pipe leakage is serious. Elimination method: restore the rated speed, clear the belt grease, adjust the belt tightness; adjust the vane angle, reduce the installation position of the pump, shorten the pipeline or change the curvature of the pipeline; seal the air leakage of the pump, press the packing; clear the blockage, replace the impeller; replace the leakage reduction ring, block the water leakage.
Pump vibration, there is noise
There are mainly the following five reasons: ① Uneven density of the medium. Uneven media density causes vibration when the pump is just started, when the pump is normally opened, the vibration of the pump will disappear, this situation does not need to deal with, just before driving, pay attention to the media with high pressure wind blowing even; ② pump installation is not level. In the installation and operation process should check the level of the pump body. ③ there is cavitation, so that the pump impeller is not balanced. Should reduce the installation height, adjust the water outlet valve, reduce the inlet resistance. ④Inlet air into the suction pipe is not uniform. Should improve the feeding situation of the pump and strengthen the uniform stability of the inlet air. ⑤ The pump bearing clearance is large. Bearing clearance will lead to large vibration of the pump, in the daily operation of the equipment should always pay attention to the observation of the pump, found that the pump shaft and motor shaft is not the center or bearing damage should be dealt with in a timely manner.
Bearing life is short
There are mainly the following 4 reasons: ① Motor shaft and pump shaft are not symmetrical or parallel. Should adjust the motor shaft or pump shaft, if the shaft is deformed or bent, directly replace the shaft. ② Bearing assembly is not reasonable. Reassemble the bearing and shaft, or replace the bearing. ③There is friction in the pump or the impeller is out of balance. Eliminate the friction or replace the impeller with a new one. ④Lubrication is not good. Too much or too little impurities will lead to short bearing life, the bearing should be taken out and cleaned before use.
Slurry pump fever
Cause: bearing damage; slurry pump rolling bearing or bracket cover clearance is too small; pump shaft bending or two shafts are not the same center; tape is too tight; lack of oil or oil quality is not good; impeller on the balance hole blockage, the impeller lost balance, increasing the thrust to one side. Elimination method: replace the bearing; remove the back cover, add shims between the bracket and bearing seat; investigate the pump shaft or adjust the concentricity of the two shafts; adjust the tape tightness appropriately; fill with clean grease, grease accounts for about 60% of the clearance in the bearing; clear the blockage in the balance hole.
